As you know, the ACLJ continues its work globally through affiliate organizations like the European Centre for Law and Justice.

We're excited to announce the formation of a new organization - the African Center for Law and Justice.  In March,  Jordan Sekulow and T.J. Dolan of the ACLJ's Special Operations Unit traveled to Harare, Zimbabwe on a human rights project, and left with a realization that the ACLJ could make a big difference in developing countries in Southern Africa.

This picture represents the first of many organizational meetings and includes three of our board members:  Pastor Alex Chisango, Petronella Maraba, and Vicky Mopofu.  The Mission of the African Center for Law and Justice will be to provide legal support for ministries and groups which are actively trying to rebuild Zimbabwes infrastructure - including the most basic of human necessities - as well as the country's legal system.

Additionally, the African Center will provide assistance as the new unity government implements a constitutional structure and provides support for the creation of a more stable judicial structure throughout the country.  We look forward to many reports from team and we're certain we can play a vital role in this area of the world.

We will keep you posted as our work unfolds.
