ACLJ Exposes President Biden's Dark Secret
If you knew how shockingly unsecured the southern border has been, you might lose sleep.
Maybe that’s why President Biden tried to cover it up.
Back in 2021, we told you how two Yemeni terrorists, both of whom were listed on the FBI Terrorism Watchlist, were apprehended by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents trying to sneak into the United States.
If you weren’t following the ACLJ, you might never have heard, because the Biden Administration actually silenced reports of the arrests, covering up the truth about what their failed border policies have created.

Despite its refusal to call the situation at our southern border with Mexico a crisis, which it clearly is, we may have just caught the Biden Administration in a dangerous cover-up.
Two known terrorists were apprehended by our brave Border Patrol agents trying to cross into the U.S. from Mexico, but the press release about it has mysteriously vanished. The ACLJ just took action to expose this latest Biden Border subterfuge.
We filed an urgent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to find out who demanded the cover-up and why, and we’ve finally gotten answers. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sent us a treasure trove of records, and guess what? Our suspicions have been confirmed – Biden officials tried to hide the fact that these dangerous terrorists almost made it into our country.
We now have the email paper trail.
We’ve created a new campaign to expose the Biden Administration for trying to hide the truth about Biden’s border crisis. We’ve provided the timeline. We’ve posted the CBP press release that Biden removed, the FOIA we filed demanding answers, and the records we’ve received from DHS that, even though heavily redacted, reveal in black and white how Biden officials conspired to take down the press release and silence CBP from discussing the arrests.
As we told you, one document states that some unknown yet seemingly high-ranking official in the Biden Administration was “pretty upset that anyone’s watchlist status was discussed.” Why? Was the White House worried about hurting the terrorists’ feelings?
Our border patrol agents are understaffed, under-supplied, and overwhelmed by the continual flood of undocumented migrants attempting to sneak into the United States. They need support. So why cover up what should be celebrated as a victory?
Could it be because the White House knows it’s their fault? Biden’s incompetence and arrogance nearly allowed these terrorists to enter our country and disappear. And if two terrorists got stopped, how many actually made it across? Remember, it only took some 19 terrorists to pull off the 9/11 attacks, which took thousands of innocent lives.
Meanwhile, since Biden took office, we’ve seen migrants crossing in droves, found migrants abandoned and left to die by soulless traffickers known as coyotes, and even watched as babies were dropped over the wall. And somehow this Administration has continually discredited and ignored the crisis raging at our southern border, as if to say, “Nothing to see here.”
Except there is plenty to see at the border, and it’s all horrifying. That’s why we’ve created this new campaign to tell you what really happened. And to allow you to see the actual legal documents. This isn’t a conspiracy theory. It’s not conservative paranoia. The records speak for themselves.
The ACLJ is working to expose this cover-up and force the Biden Administration to finally get serious about securing our border. America is more exposed and vulnerable than ever. We were only able to accomplish all of this because of the support of ACLJ members.
