Is Biden’s DOJ Attempting to Silence Whistleblowers?

Is President Biden’s Department of Justice really attempting to silence FBI whistleblowers who’ve come forward to report corruption and political bias running rampant throughout the agency?

Ever since we told you that FBI whistleblowers had begun contacting Members of Congress to report on political pressure from high-ranking FBI officials to falsely label some investigations and run interference on others to serve a political agenda, Attorney General Merrick Garland has been very busy trying to shut them down, and anyone else who might expose what’s going on.

Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland just sent out an official memorandum to ALL personnel regarding communications with Members of Congress.

As reported:

Attorney General Merrick Garland has issued a memo blocking Justice Department employees from communicating with members of Congress in the wake of stunning whistleblower disclosures regarding the FBI probe into Hunter Biden’s business affairs.

Mr. Garland wrote that all communication with Congress must be conducted through the department’s office of legislative affairs.

AG Garland has also released another new memo banning certain officials from attending all “Partisan Political Events.” In other words, to keep any other would-be whistleblowers from attending events where they may get individual face time with Members of Congress, we won’t let any of you go.

This seems to be a go-to strategy for members of the Biden Administration. We told you how one of our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests yielded an email where former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki discussed the need to “shut . . . down” any public information regarding the Obama-Biden’s back-alley nuclear deal negotiations with Iran. Is this the official modus operandi of the Biden Administration? When the ugly truth finally starts coming out, shut it down. That’s what Psaki recommended then. It certainly seems like what AG Garland is doing now.

I also wanted to address tonight’s upcoming speech from President Joe Biden, which he says will address the “battle for the soul of America.” While I agree there is a battle going on right now trying to claim our nation’s soul, I do not believe the Biden Administration is on the right side, despite the fact that President Biden called conservatives “semi-fascists” earlier this week.

ACLJ Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy Ric Grenell joined us on the broadcast today to share his own take on tonight’s speech, and it will largely be much like AG Merrick Garland’s latest move: shut down the truth, and vilify the other side:

Once again we have a media largely ignoring what this guy is saying. It’s very clear and everybody knows what the Left is trying to do right now is shut down dissent. Dissenting comments, dissenting information, dissenting opinions are all considered a threat to the ruling party. And so what they’re doing is across the board canceling or crushing anyone who doesn’t share their line.

These whistleblowers are clearly making people in the Biden Administration nervous. Here’s an idea: conduct yourselves and your work with integrity and respect for the U.S. Constitution and all American people, above everything else. Then you don’t have to worry about whistleblowers. In fact, you’d invite them to come forward.

Today’s full Sekulow broadcast includes in-depth analysis on these latest moves by the Biden DOJ as well as more conversation with Ric Grenell, a California resident, including a new order from California officials telling residents not to charge their electric vehicles, as well as more on the Mar-a-Lago raid and conjecture about President Biden’s upcoming speech. You can be certain that I as well as my entire team will be watching and listening to what President Biden says very closely and we will break it all down tomorrow.
