Is Planned Parenthood Harvesting Murdered Babies’ Organs without Consent?

In the latest undercover video from the investigative journalists exposing the disgusting practices of Planned Parenthood, new questions are raised about potential violations of federal law.

Holly O'Donnell, a former blood and tissue procurement technician for StemExpress, a start-up biotech company that partners with Planned Parenthood clinics to purchase their aborted fetus parts and resell them for scientific experimentation, said it was her job to identify pregnant patients matching the specifications of StemExpress customers and to harvest the fetal body parts from their abortions.

Ms. O'Donnell said fetal parts were sometimes taken without obtaining consent from the patients: “If there was a higher gestation [fetus], and the technicians needed it, there were times when they would just take what they wanted. And these mothers don't know. And there's no way they would know."

As we’ve discussed previously, mothers must provide informed consent in order for the tissue and organs from aborted babies to be donated.

These latest revelations confirm what we already knew and have been stating for weeks. Planned Parenthood is engaging in a grand abortion distortion – lying to its patients and lying to the American people.  They are butchering babies, putting women’s health at greater risk, and selling arms, lungs, hearts, livers, and legs of those slaughtered babies – even selling complete, intact babies.

For Planned Parenthood, in their own words, it’s “a matter of line items.”

In another powerful moment in the new video, the former employee discusses shipping the organs and being asked, “What’s in the box?” Disturbingly, the answer to that question – ”there’s dead baby parts in there” – reveals everything.

The latest video also discusses how technicians would be incentivized to ensure they meet demand.

The video showed documents explaining that the $10-an-hour technicians got per-specimen bonuses for retrieving certain numbers of certain fetal parts.

For instance, a technician who collected between one and 10 brains got a bonus of $35 per specimen. Technicians who gathered more than 40 of the “Category A” parts — brains, hearts, lungs, liver, spleen, pancreas, bladder, testis — could earn bonuses of up to $75 per specimen.

Other parts, such as kidneys, ears, skin, nose, tongue and scalp, were assigned bonuses that started at $15 per specimen. A third category of blood products came with the smallest bonuses, starting at $10 a specimen.

Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood employee in Texas until 2009, has testified that Planned Parenthood staff members “were compensated for every patient that we were able to enroll in a study.”

This reveals sinister profit motives behind the harvesting of innocent unborn babies.

This is grotesque and it must be stopped.
