The ACLJ has taken on a second whistleblower client after the FBI unconstitutionally retaliated against him.

We now represent – working with Empower Oversight – FBI Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen – a highly decorated FBI agent – who has been unlawfully retaliated against by the Biden FBI for following proper whistleblower protocols to challenge the radical Left narrative.

Allen is a decorated Iraq War veteran and even won “employee of the year” for his FBI field office; but after cautioning his superiors about ensuring their public narrative matched the facts, his security clearance was revoked, his pay was suspended for over a year, his health insurance was dropped, and he has been prevented from finding other employment. As he testified before Congress, “Despite my history of unblemished service to the United States, the FBI suspended my security clearance, accusing me of actually being DISLOYAL to my country” and “the FBI questioned my allegiance to the United States.”

He further testified: “I have never had the opportunity to defend myself. I only had one interview with the FBI which occurred a year ago after apparent prompting from Congress. In that interview, the investigators towards the end of the interview uttered in response to my exasperation, ‘Don’t sue us!’”

Let us tell you something, the DOJ will be hearing from us today. We are taking direct legal action to defend Allen. Brave whistleblowers who have the courage to stand up and speak out when they see the government doing something wrong deserve our protection. These brave men and women are on the front lines defending our constitutional republic, and the ACLJ will be there to defend them.

As we recently told you, the ACLJ is expanding our efforts to defend whistleblowers from unconstitutional retaliation and retribution from the Biden Deep State:

The ACLJ now represents FBI whistleblower Garret O’Boyle as he faces unconstitutional retaliation from Biden’s FBI for exposing numerous instances of misconduct, corruption, and political favoritism.

FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle has, on numerous occasions, followed federal whistleblower protocols in a lawful manner to expose corruption and deserves the full protection of federal whistleblower statutes and the United States Constitution. You’ll recall that Garret made headlines with his ominous congressional testimony earlier this summer: “The FBI will crush you. This government will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about things that they are doing that are wrong. And we are all examples of that.”

In fact, without O’Boyle’s courage and willingness to come forward to Congress, we may never have known that the FBI was weaponizing threat tags to target pro-lifers in the wake of the Dobbs decision last year that overturned Roe v. Wade. In the face of increasing violence against pro-life Americans and pro-life Pregnancy Resource Centers, Biden’s FBI decided to target peaceful pro-lifers, and it was Special Agent O’Boyle who brought this travesty to light before Congress. Now it is Special Agent O’Boyle who finds himself the target of FBI retribution.

We are appealing Agent O’Boyle’s case in federal appeals court in the coming days, and today we are meeting with the DOJ on Allen’s case. We’re mobilizing a legal team to directly engage more of these cases, as whistleblowers are a critical element of the legal defense of our constitutional republic.

In addition to our work with Empower Oversight in this case, Allen is also represented by our friends at Judicial Watch in ongoing litigation in a separate matter in South Carolina. Our case focuses on the FBI’s unconstitutional retribution against him for following standard whistleblower practices to expose corruption at the highest level.

We will continue to keep you updated on these important cases and the new whistleblower clients we take on. This will be a major undertaking for the ACLJ, and you can take action with us. We need you. Join us. These courageous Americans deserve your support.
