We told you how the Biden campaign made a mistake that jeopardized President Joe Biden’s name being on the Ohio presidential election ballot. Now it appears in addition to the fiasco in Ohio, Biden might not be on the Alabama ballot as well.

According to Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen, due to the scheduled date for the Democratic National Convention, Biden’s campaign team will miss the deadline for certifying the President as the Democrat nominee for 2024.

Fox News reports on the letter sent to Biden’s campaign team:

In a letter sent Tuesday to officials of both the Alabama Democratic Party and the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen, a Republican, said the Democrats' national convention is scheduled to occur past the deadline for certifying a presidential candidate in Alabama.

Allen said the party must provide state officials with a certificate of nomination for president and vice president of the United States no later than Aug. 15 to appear on the Yellowhammer State's general election ballot.

As of right now, President Biden will be on neither the Ohio nor Alabama ballot. The far Left spent so much time trying to keep Trump off state ballots that it forgot to make sure its candidate was qualified to be on every state ballot.

The ACLJ had to secure a 9-0 decision at the U.S. Supreme Court to keep Trump on the ballot. How ironic is it that the disorganized far Left has found itself scrambling to save Biden’s candidacy in two states? It would also not shock me if other states started recognizing the same issue.

In other news, the ACLJ had a big pro-life victory as the Arizona Supreme Court struck down an injunction from an abortion statute in the state.

Planned Parenthood Arizona challenged a statute prohibiting abortion, except when necessary to save the life of the mother, which was originally adopted in 1901 and later recodified in 1977 after the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade.

The ACLJ filed an amicus brief in this important case on behalf of our supporters and the Charlotte Lozier Institute. Roe was written before major medical advancements regarding the preborn. Throughout our brief, we detailed the medical advances that have allowed us to more fully understand preborn life in the womb.

For example, we now know that fetal consciousness develops early in the second trimester and that babies experience pain early in the second trimester. These advances in knowledge about life in the womb underscore the compelling interest that states have in defending and protecting preborn life.

We are thankful that the Arizona Supreme Court agreed with our arguments and struck down the injunction from an abortion statute. Preborn children in Arizona are now among some of the most protected unborn in the country.

However, we also know that Planned Parenthood will not rest. It will continue to push its abortion agenda in Arizona and across the country. We must take this win and advance – so we do not lose ground.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of the possibility of President Biden not being on the Alabama general election ballot after his campaign team’s mistake. ACLJ Senior Counsel CeCe Heil explained the ACLJ’s victory in Arizona, and my brother joined us from Washington, D.C., to discuss the ongoing debate in the House over FISA reauthorization.
