CBNNews.com - As the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice appeared on the special election coverage of The 700 Club Tuesday night to give his analysis on how the court could change under President Obama.

Find out why Sekulow says the issue of supreme court justices was a fatal error on the part of the McCain campaign and why the next president's selection of justices may affect the U.S. Judicial system for years to come.

Sekulow also talks about the future of legislation known as the Freedom of Choice act, which would repeal the gains made last year against partial birth abortion and how the implementation of the Fairness Doctrine could severly damage the talk radio industry.
