Live free, or die. Today we welcomed a special guest to the broadcast.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live, we were joined by special guest Sean Hannity to discuss Sean’s new warning on the dangers facing America which he discusses in his new book, Live Free or Die: America (and the World) on the Brink.

Sean Hannity said:

[I]t says in Latin, ‘Live Free or America Dies’ and I think this is the greatest tipping point election that we’ll ever face in anyone’s lifetime. The issues are real and significant. . . . This is about saving this country right now. Ronald Reagan said: Freedom is but one generation way from extinction.

This is an all hands on deck moment. . . . It is capitalism vs. socialism. It is peace through strength vs. appeasement. All of this is in play.

It was great to have Sean Hannity on the show today to allow our audience to ask Sean questions and to have him on as a guest of our broadcast, as my Dad Jay Sekulow and I have been guests of his broadcast many times.

We also discussed how, as of this morning, we have now been contacted by over a thousand individual families about their children and the school situation who are in need of potential representation by the American Center for Law and Justice. That’s over a thousand, folks. This has literally happened over just the last eight days.

Many of these families are in areas that should have been at the top of the priority list where school systems should have been planning. They should have been planning for how they would take care of these kids and the situations they are facing. They know the zip codes – they know the school districts – that face the most difficult economic hardships. They should have planned well in advance for school kids with special needs.

As ACLJ Director of Government Affairs Thann Bennett said:

It’s not like those tax dollars have turned off. Those tax dollars have continued, on a federal level, on a state level, on a local level. . . . They need to take their mandate; they need to take the taxpayer dollars that are available to them and turn the tables and say, ‘ok parents here are the options that are available to you.’

At the ACLJ, we’re working with local school boards and families to help, and we are able to do it absolutely free because of the support of our members. And right now every gift is DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge.

The full broadcast is complete with much more discussion with Sean Hannity and further analysis by our team about the actions the ACLJ is taking to help students and families.
