The ACLJ is working to offer relief to parents and students to keep education first.
Teachers unions and the far Left are trying to restrict educational options at the exact moment we need them the most.
Many parents (including single moms and dads) can’t stay home. Some homes don’t have proper Internet access or essential equipment like laptops for their kids. Some rely on meals provided at school.
Our tax dollars are still going to these schools, but they aren’t providing classroom learning or comprehensive resources. Some states are even restricting distance learning opportunities.
Disadvantaged children are falling further and further behind. How is that fair?
Quality education isn’t a privilege. It’s a right, guaranteed by every state in the nation. It’s time to put kids first. It’s time to demand our tax dollars go where parents need them.
We are representing families across America, free of charge. We’re developing out-of-the-box solutions. We’re reaching out to local school boards to work with parents. But if localities allow our children’s future to be held hostage to the radical Left teachers unions, we’ll go to court. We're already sending legal letters to school districts charging EXTRA for kids to be in the classroom. But we need you to take action with us.
