It’s shocking, but at this point anything is possible. Hillary Clinton has predicted that a Russian agent or agents are going to be to blame when the Democrats lose in 2020. But one of those so-called agents is a current Democrat candidate. On today’s show we discussed Hillary Clinton’s unprovoked attack on Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, when she made a statement on the Campaign HQ Podcast – hosted by former Obama Campaign Manager David Plouffe – that a current Democrat candidate for President who is currently serving in the military reserve and is a sitting Congresswoman, is a possible Russian Asset.

We also discussed the deafening silence on this from Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, and we talked about Rep. Gabbard’s response.

Here’s what Secretary Clinton said on the podcast:

I’m not making any predictions, but I think they’ve got their eye on somebody who is currently in the Democratic Primary, and they’re grooming her to be the Third Party candidate. She’s a favorite of the Russians. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far. And that’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which, she might not because she’s also a Russian asset.

Tulsi Gabbard tweeted in response:

Great! Thank you, Hillary Clinton. You, the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long, have finally come out from behind the curtain.

I disagree with Tulsi Gabbard on a great many issues, but it is interesting that Hillary Clinton would attack her so harshly and without merit. Congresswoman Gabbard was the only one on the Democrat debate stage that favored any kind of restrictions on abortion, which is not Planned Parenthood’s talking points. She also left her post at the DNC and endorsed Bernie Sanders in 2016.

Now Tulsi Gabbard is not by any means conservative; she says she is for Medicare for All and a $15/hr minimum wage, as examples. However, it is very telling what happens to someone who is not in total lockstep with for the far Left.

Curiously, Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, and Bernie Sanders have been completely silent on this issue. I challenged them to say something on this issue, by tweeting during the show.

Why are @joebiden & @ewarren nowhere to be found re: @HillaryClinton's baseless attacks on @TulsiGabbard? Where is @BernieSanders, who Tulsi endorsed in 2016? Why the silence?

Why is there nothing but silence from Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren? Tulsi Gabbard is not really a political threat to them in this campaign? Why did Kamala Harris and Amy Klobuchar completely brush off the question?

Clearly Hillary Clinton and other leading Far Left Democrats will smear anyone that doesn’t bow to their narrative. As Van Jones said on CNN, they’re playing a very dangerous game.

There’s also a new Moody’s presidential predictor report that’s out. In all three of their models, Donald Trump beats every Democrat and by a bigger margin than last time. They are generally accurate as the only time in recent memory that they’ve been wrong was 2016. I discuss this more on thenextredwave.com.
