Prayer is under attack.
Angry atheists and anti-Christian extremists have long been abusing the federal court system, rushing to court claiming to be offended by some public display of prayer or exercise of religious liberty.
When a teacher was banned from prayer, we stepped in to represent her. Our client prayed every year at the school flagpole on behalf of her students. However, this year the school's principal prevented her from exercising her religious liberty. We are fighting in court in a major lawsuit we filed to protect her right to pray.
We’re taking legal action. Prayer is fundamental. Prayer is constitutional.
We’ve been fighting – and WINNING – these cases for decades. We defeated attempts to shut down churches during the pandemic, and we recently helped win a critical prayer case at the Supreme Court.
We’re expanding our efforts to stop these abhorrent attacks on prayer and religious liberty in courts and government bodies nationwide, and we’ll go all the way to the Supreme Court if needed to protect prayer.
As we go to court to protect prayer and religious liberty, take action with us.
