APPALLING: Partial-Birth Abortionist LeRoy Carhart Welcomed Into Pueblo, Colorado to Set Up Late-Term Abortion Business

The ACLJ is appalled at the disturbing news that the infamous late-term abortionist, LeRoy Carhart, is being allowed to open an abortion mill in the great city of Pueblo, Colorado. This maneuver will bring nothing but destruction, pain, and regret to Coloradans.

As we previously explained:

Carhart is expanding his late-term abortion practice from Maryland and Nebraska to Pueblo, Colorado. Just weeks after the Dobbs decision was released, abortionist Carhart set up a GoFundMe page asking for $500,000 to help expand his abortion practice to Colorado – where abortion is legal throughout all stages of pregnancy – because he fears that Nebraska may ban his grisly trade.

It is true that until hearts change, and people across the spectrum realize the humanity of the preborn, all the laws and court decisions in the world won’t stop the horror of abortion—even the especially gruesome late-term and partial-birth abortions upon which abortionist Carhart built his fortune. In a world full of tragedy and exploitation, abortion is the human rights issue of our generation, as it marginalizes and kills the most vulnerable and innocent of all human beings—while also wreaking havoc on the women and men who are deceived into killing their own children.

As long as Americans continue to stand silent and numb, this exploitation will continue—and the abortion industry will continue to cash in. This is why it is imperative that the truth about Carhart and the gruesome abortions that he commits is exposed.

This is a call for action. The ACLJ calls out the local government for letting the notorious Carhart into its community. We are investigating the legality of the local government’s actions in approving this clinic so quickly. We’ve stood against abortionist Carhart before, and we will do it again. When Carhart tried to overturn the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban at the Supreme Court, we helped defeat his lawsuit. This time, we will also stand against him. We will stand with Coloradans, churches, families, and youth in opposition to Carhart’s barbarism and help Americans who value life to be heard. Innocent human life must be defended.
