The fight to overturn Roe v. Wade and change the culture of death is one of the most important ones we face. This year was a turning point in this fight, and we worked every single day to save countless unborn babies, one precious life at a time.

This year pro-life investigative journalists released videos exposing the atrocious practices of Planned Parenthood and big abortion – which includes selling the body parts of babies.

It’s unbelievably horrendous, but we immediately took action and are already getting results.

On Capitol Hill, we aggressively advocated to pass historic pro-life legislation. The House of Representatives voted to defund Planned Parenthood and send that taxpayer money to organizations that actually care about the women’s health and all life. The House also passed the late-term abortion ban to protect babies, which science has proven feel pain during horrific abortions. A bipartisan majority of the Senate also voted to defund Planned Parenthood, although a radical pro-abortion minority filibustered the bill.  These efforts bring us one step closer to passing each of these critical pieces of pro-life legislation.

Around the country, numerous states are taking action to defund Planned Parenthood, and we are preparing to defend these actions in federal court.

At the ACLJ, we are defending one of the board members of the pro-life investigative organization that has been exposing the abortion industry’s evil in federal court against big abortion’s attempts to silence and censor the truth.  In fact, we’re engaged in nearly a dozen cases litigating for life, filing numerous lawsuits and briefs to defend common-sense abortion restrictions and pro-life work that saves babies each and every day.

Every small step – every victory – helps to save a life, and that’s why we fight each and every day.

To help the ACLJ continue to have the resources we need to make these victories possible and continue these fights, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the ACLJ through our year-end Matching Challenge.  Your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar through the end of the year.
