On February 12, 2021, Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken revoked the designation of the Houthis as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. Yet, the Houthis continue their Iranian-backed reign of terror threatening global trade in the Red Sea. We’ve filed a FOIA request to get to the bottom of it.
