There’s no denying that Christianity has had a deep, influential impact on America’s founding. The Christian faith permeates our nation’s history and is clearly woven into the fabric of our heritage. Thomas Jefferson even wrote, “God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are of the Gift of God?”

Today, however, due to anti-religious movements and misunderstanding, religious liberty is in danger. Faith is targeted seemingly every day, including challenging the constitutionality of prayer in public schools.
