The ACLJ's Tweet for Youcef campaign is reaching across the globe. The number of Twitter accounts being reached every day for Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani has skyrocketed to 1,988,821 in just three months.

Now we are the verge of a great milestone: reaching 2 million a day.

We are 11,179 Twitter followers away from the 2 million mark. On average, the thousands of people who have already signed up have 241 Twitter followers. With that average in mind, we need just 46 more people to sign up, allowing us to tweet to their followers about Pastor Youcef, and meet this great milestone.

You can sign up to Tweet for Youcef here.

Here is how it works. By signing up, you are authorizing the ACLJ to send one tweet a day about Pastor Youcef through your Twitter account.

The more people that are talking and tweeting about Pastor Youcef the more pressure is placed on Iran, and we know that it is this international pressure that has kept him alive.

Through the Tweet for Youcef campaign, we have been able to share vital information about his case, stamp out false rumors about his execution, and even share good news, like when he was able to see his family on his 35th birthday. And we have been able to do this to nearly every corner of the globe, instantaneously.

This global reach is having a major impact on Pastor Youcef's case. In addition to the over 1.5 million Twitter accounts we are reaching in English, Tweet for Youcef Brazil is reaching more than 450,000 Twitter accounts in Portuguese. The government of Brazil, which has diplomatic relations with Iran, continues to press for Pastor Youcef's release, and the overwhelming support of the people of Brazil is a big part of that.

Be a part of this life saving campaign. Lend Pastor Youcef your voice, and Tweet for Youcef today.
