Radio Recap – Strzok Strikes Again! Stopping FBI From Ending Flynn Probe

In breaking news, FBI Agent Peter Strzok strikes again. He stopped the FBI from ending the General Flynn probe.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live we discussed the further revelations that FBI Agent Peter Strzok interfered with ending the FBI probe of General Flynn.

General Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell said the following on Fox News yesterday:

So by January 4th, they had to close that file on the Russia hoax on General Flynn. So then, you’re right, the next day was a meeting in the Oval Office with Obama, which happens to be the same day that Christopher Steele wipes out of all his documents on his supposed Steele dossier database.

Well, the hits keep coming. Remember, the counterintelligence investigation here was called Crossfire Hurricane. What happens? Well, in that investigation they are going after various targets. One of them happens to be General Flynn. We announced on the broadcast yesterday that it was an entrapment case. They set him up from the very beginning.

Now we learn that infamous FBI Counterintelligence Agent, the sanctimonious Peter Stzrok, found out that the FBI was closing the Flynn case because there was no violations of law. The appropriate thing to do at that point, when no violations were found, is to close the case. Instead of closing the case, he sends an email to his colleagues in the FBI. He says don’t close the case involving General Flynn, who they referred to as Crossfire Razor. Don’t close that, even though the FBI already concluded that there was no case.

ACLJ Senior Counsel Andy Ekonomou, also a former U.S. Attorney, made the following point:

The FBI determined that there was no derogatory information. Stzrok was determined to get his man. He had focused and targeted on him, and he was not about to let him go. He says in a text, hey, don’t close that case.

We have pointed out the irregularities of this for a long time but it is just getting more pronounced.

Jordan Sekulow made the following point:

Think about that. The same day that the FBI, January 4th, concludes that the FBI is closing the investigation into Michael Flynn and his activities regarding Crossfire Razor because there was no wrongdoing – the exact same day, Strzok instructed the FBI case manager handling Crossfire Razor to keep the investigation open.
