Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s notes reveal the Obama Administration’s plot to take down President Trump and General Flynn.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live, we discussed the new notes from former FBI Agent Peter Strzok and the FBI that have been revealed. The notes confirm the Obama Administration plot against General Flynn.

We wanted to dive into this more today. We mentioned this briefly yesterday when we were going through the Flynn opinion by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. We’ve also got a new order from Judge Sullivan where it says:

In light of the Opinion and Order issued by the Court of Appeals on Mr. Flynn's petition for writ of mandamus, the deadlines and hearing date set forth in the Minute Order of May 19, 2020 are HEREBY STAYED.

That’s what we’ve got right now in Judge Sullivan’s immediate response to the Court of Appeals in the Flynn matter.

We wanted to go through the ramifications of the newly released notes taken by former FBI Agent Peter Strzok that can confirm what we know about the January 5th meeting at the White House where you had former FBI Director Jim Comey, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, President Obama, and Vice President Biden all at this meeting.

You’ve got Vice President Biden, who is now the Democrat Party’s candidate for President of the United States, as the first one mentioned in the notes. The notes state that former Vice President Biden suggested using the Logan Act against General Flynn.

Now, remember that this was an investigation that the FBI was getting ready to close. The notes seem to confirm that directly from former FBI Director Comey himself, who has testified plenty. I would love to ask him if, when he said that the General Flynn calls with Ambassador Kislyak appeared legit, was he saying that what General Flynn was doing the whole time was just normal?  Was it something that you would normally do in the transition, as the incoming National Security Adviser? Would you potentially reach out to one of the world super powers’ ambassadors?

ACLJ Director of Government Affairs Thann Bennett made the following point:

If you’re the incoming National Security Adviser and you’re not having conversations with those officials, you are not doing your job, plain and simple. If you’re Director Comey and if these conversations are legit, then why, a couple of weeks later, do you just send a couple of guys over to try to trap General Flynn if there’s a legitimate conversation going on here? I think I can answer my own question here, because while Director Comey has his dirty hands all over this, it’s because the outgoing President of the United States and Vice President directed it. I mean, that’s what these notes say. It really does.

So on January 4th, the day before this meeting, we know that the FBI drafted a document summarizing findings on what they called “Crossfire Razor” and that they were ready to close this investigation. Then former FBI Agent Peter Strzok writes: “Hey, don’t close Razor.” That’s what he wrote. “7th floor involved,” so the top level of the FBI and the highest levels of FBI leadership were involved. If you’re going to the top echelons of the FBI leadership past former FBI Agent Strzok, that’s former FBI Director Jim Comey and former Acting FBI Direct Andrew McCabe.
