In breaking news, the ACLJ has filed suit in federal court to expose James Comey’s White House Spies.

We filed a lawsuit to get the FBI to comply with our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests after they have repeatedly ignored our efforts to expose corruption.

On today’s show, we discussed our lawsuit, FOIA requests, and the circle of corruption that Fired FBI Director James Comey has appeared to have surrounded himself with, including placing spies within the White House.

We file FOIA requests and lawsuits like these because we want to know who was there, what they were doing, and what exactly James Comey was after. We need to know what they were reporting back to Comey. The American people need to know.

It very much appears to be that Comey was putting his own people in the White House as spies. There’s also been no denials by anyone. There’s been a lot of no comments.

We also discussed the Inspector General’s report and why Comey hasn’t been prosecuted . . . yet. As Jordan explained, “The big part of the Comey problem was not addressed by the Inspector General’s report. The report was limited in scope.

The idea that Comey wasn’t targeting the President, at least based on currently available evidence, seems absurd but we will find out a lot more when we get the documents. We expect that it is going to be pretty damaging to the leadership of the FBI.

Comey hired people for the FBI and then reportedly placed them in the White House. One example is Anthony Ferrante for whom he crafted a special, unprecedented position, an FBI reserve position. This enabled him to go back and forth between the White House and the FBI. There appears to be no evidence that this kind of arrangement has ever happened in the past.

Comey also testified before Congress that he released a memo to a friend of his and then asked him to release it to the media with the intent of forcing the creation of a Special Counsel, which wound up being Robert Mueller. And look at what a fiasco that was. Without rehashing the entire debacle, just remember three things: Page and Strozk, Mueller’s team let them erase the texts, and the other phone was allowed to be put back into circulation.

All of this illustrates all the problems that are occurring and that is why here at the ACLJ we have a government accountability project. This is a big deal.

Jordan also discussed how this is exactly what he talks about in his brand new book, The Next Red Wave, where one of the chapters is called “Exposing the Den of Vipers: The ACLJ FOIA Practice,” which will be released on September 24th. Part of it discusses Comey’s circle of corruption and the Deep State. That’s the reason we go to court to get justice.

As ACLJ Senior Counsel and Director of Policy Harry Hutchison explained:

Well my first reaction to all this is the legal phrase Res Ipsa Loquitur; that the thing speaks for itself. If it walks like a duck. If it acts like a duck. It is likely a duck. If the FBI Leadership acts like there is a conspiracy and if it looks like a conspiracy, it is likely to be a conspiracy. Why else would James Comey assure the President that he was not the target of the investigation?
