New FBI Cover-up Exposed

FBI Director Christopher Wray and his Deep State FBI are still up to their usual lawless antics. After a video surfaced of the FBI declaring a “State of Palestine” at its National Academy graduation, the ACLJ filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Afterward, the FBI deleted the video. Why is the FBI deleting records before President Donald Trump returns to the White House?

Here are the details of the latest FBI cover-up. The FBI National Academy is a 10-week training program for U.S. and international law enforcement managers nominated by agency heads. The Academy’s International Partnership Program (IPP) allows trainees to network one-on-one with our international partners.

One international student who attended was Husam Abu Aisha. According to the FBI National Academy Associates Facebook page, Husam is from “Palestine.” And even more shockingly, at the National Academy graduation, FBI Director Christopher Wray presented Husam with a diploma, as the FBI introduced him as from “Ramallah, the State of Palestine.”

Of course, there are some major problems with the FBI’s announcement. The U.S. does not officially recognize the “State of Palestine,” and no foreign students from Israel were in the program.

The ACLJ filed a FOIA to get to the bottom of this disturbing video, and the FBI responded by unbelievably deleting the video of Husam’s graduation to cover up its mistake. Our legal team had found the video earlier, but now it’s been “removed by the uploader” from the FBI’s National Academy YouTube page.

Because the video has been removed by Biden’s FBI, the ACLJ is sending a second FOIA request. We have more questions that must be answered. Who directed the video to be removed? What forms of communication took place to cover up this footage?

The ACLJ also found a photo of Husam’s father posing with Yasser Arafat, former President of the Palestinian Authority, on Husam’s Facebook page. We also found a video with a poem eulogizing the “martyr” Sadam Hussein on his social media. Shouldn’t the FBI be investigating if its program trainees are celebrating America’s enemies?

Also, during its investigation, the ACLJ uncovered that a table with a map of the “State of Palestine” covering the entirety of the State of Israel, as if it didn’t even exist, was set up at Quantico. Who directed the setup of this map and table at the FBI training facility? Such an image of “Palestine” is calling for the complete eradication of Israel.

ACLJ Senior Counsel for International and Government Affairs Jeff Ballabon reacted to the map of “Palestine” on the table at Quantico:

Let’s be very clear, Jordan. You’re right. This is a genocidal image. This is the definition of genocide. It’s the eradication of an entire nation. That’s what this image represents. That’s what the “State of Palestine” represents to them and what they’re producing here. And you’re right – at the FBI itself. I guess I’m laughing a little bit because it seems so absurd, but the truth is it’s incredibly dangerous. And that it’s saturated and penetrated so far. And we also point out that the results of the Biden Administration being so pushy on the idea that it should be a “State of Palestine” . . . are the horrors of October 7.

Clearly, the FBI didn’t vet this trainee who graduated from this 10-week training program. And such a failure puts American national security at risk.

We shouldn’t be surprised that the Deep State FBI has continued to kowtow to the DOJ’s far-Left agenda. This is the same FBI that has targeted Christians, conservatives, and political opponents for years. The ACLJ has almost 25 lawsuits pending against the Biden-Harris Administration, including the Deep State FBI, and we will keep fighting to expose further FBI cover-ups that threaten our national interests and constitutional rights.
