Exposed: Biden-Harris DHS Targeting Tulsi Gabbard as a Terrorist

The ACLJ, along with Empower Oversight, is taking legal action after the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security placed former U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard on a terror watchlist (“Quiet Skies” program). Whenever Gabbard boards a flight now, she’s followed by Air Marshals and canine dogs after being extensively searched by TSA security because her boarding passes label her for “Quad S” (Secondary Security Screening Selection) enhanced screening.

Uncover interviewed Sonya LaBosco, the Executive Director of the Air Marshal National Council (AMNC), an advocacy association for Federal Air Marshals. Disclosing Gabbard had been placed on a domestic terror watch list, the former Marshal LaBosco told a disturbing story:

“According to LaBosco… Gabbard is unaware she has two Explosive Detection Canine Teams, one Transportation Security Specialist (explosives), one plainclothes TSA Supervisor, and three Federal Air Marshals on every flight she boards.”

Uncover DC said Gabbard was initially placed on the list on July 23rd, and that trios of Air Marshals first began following her on flights on July 25th. As Racket would learn, surveillance was conducted on at least eight flights, with different three-Marshal teams for each flight, part of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) “Quiet Skies” regimen that can literally surround people with human watchers. There are “potentially 15 or more TSA uniformed and plain clothes” at a gate for such assignments, LaBosco told Racket. The story about Gabbard was surfaced by two TSA whistleblowers, including one detailed to follow her.

This type of Deep State targeting is government weaponization at its worst, and we are fighting back.

As you know, Tulsi is a colleague of ours on Sekulow, as well as a lieutenant colonel in the military, as an active member of the Army Reserves. We are proud to feature her on our program as our Senior Military and Political Analyst. And often when she’s not on our broadcast, it’s because she’s on a mission overseas.

She’s also a former Democrat Congresswoman who made the cardinal sin of switching to the Republican Party. She ran for U.S. President in 2020 and famously ended Vice President Kamala Harris’ bid for the White House. And now she’s somehow been placed on a terrorist watchlist, subjecting her to undue security procedures and harassment, courtesy of the Biden-Harris TSA. Surely no connection there, right?

No one should be labeled a threat because of their political views – especially someone with a distinguished career in the military and Congress. The ACLJ will ensure that Tulsi (and her husband) receive justice for having been unconstitutionally targeted by Deep State political opponents.

It’s not just high-profile individuals like Tulsi who have been added to terror lists; everyday Americans are also being targeted for their political affiliations and pro-life views. In fact, the ACLJ just filed a FOIA after finding out the Department of Defense had a military briefing labeling pro-life advocates and organizations as terrorists. And who knows how many have been put on TSA terror watchlists?

Tulsi joined Sekulow to describe how she feels the U.S. government has betrayed her:

The closest word . . . that can begin to describe what I felt and what I feel in learning that actually, according to these whistleblowers I am on this “Quiet Skies” list – that my own government, my President, my Commander-in-Chief, is targeting me as a potential domestic terrorist. The closest word that comes to mind is a complete sense of betrayal, and it’s betrayal because I, like so many Americans, enlisted because of the Islamist terrorist attacks on 9/11, enlisted to serve in our country’s military to ensure the safety, security, and freedom of the American people to go after and defeat and destroy those Islamist terrorists who continue to pose the greatest short and long term threat to us, to our security, and to our freedom. And now after serving over 21 years and continuing to serve in our nation’s military, my own government has labeled and is targeting me directly now as a domestic terrorist.

Seeing the Biden-Harris Administration unconstitutionally dishing out retribution against its opponents is appalling and must stop.

We are launching a multipronged legal effort not only to defend Tulsi but to defeat the weaponization of government against conservatives, our military, and the free speech of all Americans once and for all. We are preparing to submit Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the TSA, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the FBI, demanding answers about how and why Tulsi has been unconstitutionally targeted.

In these Privacy Act and FOIA requests, we are demanding all Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and TSA communication records connected to targeting Tulsi with these surveillance programs – but we’re also demanding all their communications with the White House, the FBI, and Department of Justice (DOJ) officials about this too. We need to find out who all is involved.

In addition to these FOIAs, we are preparing to take additional legal action – including various lawsuits.
