Deep State Corruption at the FBI Revealed, Michael Flynn Vindicated

Deep State corruption at the FBI has been revealed, and General Michael Flynn has now been vindicated.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live we discussed General Michael Flynn’s vindication as well as the Russia probe witness deposition transcripts which were finally released by the House Intelligence Committee.

Who would have thought in May of 2020 that we would be getting so much new information about Bob Mueller’s investigation and about the attempted illegitimate prosecution of General Michael Flynn, who served our country for thirty years and in both Republican and Democrat administrations?

Who would have thought that Congressman Adam Schiff, after that pressure from the Acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard Grenell, would finally release the transcripts of witness depositions relating to the Russia probe? Of course he’s blaming the White House for the delay, but remember, last week we were reporting to you that he was holding on to ten of those transcripts and not letting the Acting Director of National Intelligence’s team go through the declassification process on those ten transcripts. So how could they release all of them at the same time? Those transcripts included depositions from Trump Administration officials and Obama Administration officials.

Now that these transcripts have been released, we are learning the truth, despite what some of these former Obama officials have been peddling on cable television. Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified under oath:

I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election.

How about former Acting Director of the FBI, and at the time Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe? When asked about the Steele dossier, here’s what he said: “Well, as I tried to explain before, there is a lot of information in the Steele reporting. We have not been able to prove the accuracy of all the information.” He then replied “That’s correct,” after Congressman Chris Stewart asked him, “So it’s your best guess. You don’t know if it’s true or not.”

They then used that information in the Steele dossier, that they couldn’t verify any of, to get FISA warrants on American citizens. The information in that dossier was called “salacious and unverified material” by former FBI Director James Comey of all people.

My dad, Jay Sekulow, made the following point:

Let’s look at what’s happened in the last month. The FISA warrant process, a total fraud on the American people. The Justice Department acknowledged that it was fraudulent and that false information was given and affidavits should not have been signed and executed, and the FISA warrants shouldn’t have been issued.

Then, we have the Justice Department correctly saying that what happened to General Flynn was outrageous, was wrong, he should not have been prosecuted, and they withdrew their case. Then, we have the release of the documents you just mentioned.

My dad continued, talking about General Flynn’s vindication:

Justice has been served. The actions of the Special Counsel against General Flynn were outrageous. The Special Counsel should be ashamed of the conduct if his agents and his lawyers and that he allowed it. The Attorney General and the Department of Justice are correcting a horrible wrong.

What Bob Mueller allowed to happen under his watch, under his authority, should never ever happen again in the United States.

Our message to the politically motivated Deep State bureaucrats at the DOJ and FBI: we don’t want you do to what James Comey said and stay in office, we want you to walk away, or you will be exposed.
