There are even more text messages that have been declassified from Peter Strzok.

Today on Sekulow, we discussed the newly declassified text messages which show that the FBI and Peter Strzok were investigating President Trump before Crossfire Hurricane was even opened.

This bogus Crossfire Hurricane investigation into President Trump and Russia Collusion, which began in July of 2016, has been completely debunked. When members of the FBI testified under oath that it began on July 31st of 2016, during the presidential election, this has been proven untrue. New text messages from Peter Strzok have been declassified. The Senate has released these through Chairman Ron Johnson of the Senate Homeland Security Committee and Chairman Chuck Grassley of the Senate Finance Committee.

They got these declassified text messages that show that Peter Strzok was talking to Lisa Page three days before this and say the following:

so three things I want to talk to you about: 1) [REDACTED] 2) Our open CI investigations relating to Trump’s Russian connections 3) Whether two things I brought frames for are OK to hang

Number two mentioned there is on July 28, 2016. He didn’t say we just opened the investigation. He said our open counterintelligence investigations relating to President Trump’s Russia connections. These are the same folks who testified that the Russia investigation didn’t start until Crossfire Hurricane was officially opened on July 31st of 2016. So it’s not just that these are three days apart. In these texts, he’s referring to an ongoing investigation that we don’t know how far back it goes.

My dad, Jay Sekulow, added the following:

Notice what it doesn’t say. Notice what it doesn’t limit it to, the Trump campaign. The message itself says “Our open CI”, which is counterintelligence investigation, “relating to Trump’s Russian connections.” So again, the FBI was caught with misstatements about the investigation, how it started. The fact of the matter is, and we have to be clear on this, they set this up. They put this in motion, they being the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the end result of that was, in my view, a complete fabrication to the American people of a three-year investigation that garnered nothing, and it was a hoax from the beginning. They all knew it. It was to take out President Trump. Now they weren’t successful during the election, the 2016 campaign. This is the Federal Bureau of Investigation. They were up to no good early on.

It didn’t affect President Trump in 2016 but did it affect President Trump in 2020? Think about what he had to go through as President of the United States. He had the entire FBI going after him. A special counsel was appointed to go after him. You had people like Congressmen Swalwell and Schiff calling him a Russian agent on television. Then you had an impeachment because the Russia collusion narrative got nowhere but they still wanted to take him out. So, they impeached him over a phone call that dozens of other people listened to. It was a failed impeachment and the Russia collusion narrative failed, but this took up the first three years of his presidency. He was fighting the Deep State based on a bogus investigation that we now know started earlier than previously thought.

Imagine how President Trump’s presidency would have been if he didn’t have to fight these Deep State bad actors.
