For the first time, President Joe Biden authorized Ukraine to launch long-range missiles against Russia. This military strategy, which utilizes U.S. missiles, allows Ukraine to target the Kursk region, which is where North Korean troops are stationed. Will lame-duck Biden’s reckless strategy cause tensions to escalate even further between Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Zelensky?

While much of the news has been focused on President Trump’s Cabinet and staff picks, the Biden-Harris Administration is still making final moves. And, as the ACLJ has pointed out, the 76 days between Election Day and Inauguration Day are extremely dangerous. Not only is its weak foreign policy still in place, but the Biden-Harris Administration will also seek to enact every socialist policy imaginable.

And we see this danger playing out on the world stage before our very eyes. Prior to the decision to empower Ukraine to fire missiles deep into Russia, the Biden-Harris strategy in dealing with the Russian-Ukrainian war was to send aid and military supplies to Ukraine. But, the caveat was Ukraine couldn’t use our military supplies to launch a strike inside Russia.

At a recent NATO summit, Secretary of State Antony Blinken talked up further U.S. support of Ukraine: “President Biden has committed to making sure that every dollar we have at our disposal will be pushed out the door between now and Jan. 20.” So, the Administration is not hiding the fact that it will send as much money as possible to Ukraine before President Trump assumes office. And, Biden is doing this despite the American people’s clear referendum on his foreign policy.

And now, 63 days from Inauguration Day, Biden is foolishly changing U.S. strategy and backing Ukraine’s attack on North Korean troops inside Russia, which is only going to escalate the war. In September, Putin warned the West not to permit the use of U.S.-provided missiles or jets inside Russia. And, Biden is doing just that – the 11th-hour decision could have dire consequences.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell responded to Biden’s unhinged decision to authorize Ukrainian attacks in Russia:

So Biden is making moves about his legacy to pretend like he was always there for Ukraine. This is an Administration that has never . . . funded peace agreements. Joe Biden has not spoken to Vladimir Putin in more than three years. . . . Even President Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, has come out and . . . said that in 2025 the solution to what’s going on between Russia and Ukraine is a diplomatic peaceful solution. You now have the president of Ukraine saying, We want a peaceful solution. You have Turkey, our NATO ally, saying, Here’s a peaceful idea. And what happens? Joe Biden says, Why don’t you start launching missiles into Russia? This is a total disaster of epic proportions.

Ironically, the far Left has been condemning Trump as a pro-war President. However, in my lifetime, he’s the only Commander-in-Chief not to start any wars while in office. Last week Joy Reid and AOC were freaking out over President Trump and his nominee for Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, as being warmongers. And while Gabbard is in active military service, we have no evidence that Trump or Gabbard wants to entangle the U.S. into further warfare overseas.

We recently told you about a new ACLJ case defending Israel’s interests and the right of parents to criticize out-of-control school officials. We are representing a parent in support of her right to criticize antisemitic and anti-Israel posts by a public school teacher after she filed a defamation lawsuit against our client for calling out her speech as antisemitic.

A theater director at a high school in Illinois posted a story on her Instagram account that accused the Israeli military of “crimes against humanity” and “ethnic cleansing.” Our client, a parent of students in the school, learned about the post and shared her opinion that these statements were “slandering the IDF and Israel” and “antisemitic.”

The teacher responded by suing the parent for defamation, false light, and tortious interference with contractual relations. The teacher outrageously believes she has the right to share her opinions, but our client doesn’t.

Today the ACLJ is defending the parent in federal court by filing a motion to dismiss the teacher’s case. We are pushing back against this infringement on our client’s First Amendment rights.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of Biden’s foolish decision to empower Ukraine to attack Russia just 63 days before the new Trump Administration takes over.
