It is a very close election, and there are ongoing legal battles involving the 2020 Presidential election.

On today's Jay Sekulow Live, we talked about the latest updates about this very close election.

We’re in day three of the election saga. For some of us, it seems like it’s been one continuous long day. There were several very close states with results outstanding as we were on the broadcast. It’s a very close election, especially if you go state by state. That’s what you have to look at.

In Georgia, it is very close with the margin being in the thousands as we sit here.

In Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County said they are having an administrative leave day and will not be counting votes. That is absurd. I mean, what is this?

Jay Sekulow Live Producer Will Haynes agreed:

What we’re seeing across the country is quite remarkable when this many days post the election and you’re having things like an administrative day and not taking the time to make sure they’re all counted in a timely fashion.

One of the things that has me concerned just looking at this situation is that this process is taking so long to complete. My late father would have said, “We put a man on the moon, can we not count a ballot?” You have places taking administrative days off.

ACLJ Senior Counsel Andy Ekonomou gave his take:

I can’t imagine, an administrative day. What has more priority than counting the votes for a presidential election? What possible administrative day could there be? Why are you doing an administrative day in the middle of a presidential election? You can’t count votes?

It’s a very tight race, and we’ll continue to give you updates as they are available.

In the middle of all this uncertainty with elections and COVID-19, the ACLJ continues to do our important work, not only defending the Constitution, but defending the unborn, religious liberty, the rights of students and parents, and exposing the Deep State. The full broadcast is complete with much more discussion and analysis of this too close to call election, the shenanigans that are going on, and what is being done to defend the Constitution.
