Less than 24 hours to go before Election Day and legal challenges are already ongoing.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live, we discussed tomorrow’s election and the legal challenges that may determine the election.

Tomorrow is Election Day and that makes today, essentially, the final day of campaigning for the two major candidates. President Trump is spending today in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Vice President Biden is spending most of the day in Pennsylvania with only one stop outside of Pennsylvania in nearby Ohio. What does that tell you? The Biden campaign thinks things are looking rough in Pennsylvania.

My dad, Jay Sekulow, talked about the court case in Pennsylvania:

Here’s where that litigation is so everybody understands. So the court authorized the three day extension for voting in Pennsylvania, not the legislature, the court. Federals courts tried to do that and the Supreme Court said no, you can’t do that. State courts did it and Chief Justice Roberts, the deciding vote, said a state court can do it. At least, we’re not going to issue a stay. The stay request was denied. There was a motion to expedite Supreme Court review of the Pennsylvania case. That was also denied. By the way, I was not surprised that was denied. The reason I say that, that I’m not surprised that was denied, was because what you have to look at is what was it that you were asking the Supreme Court to do. So they’re going to wait.

There’s a lot of moving parts to presidential elections and we’ll keep you informed. I don’t want this to be a legally fought out election. If the election is held fairly and freely, there will be a clear winner.

Tomorrow night we’ll be live on Facebook, Periscope, YouTube, Twitter, and ACLJ.org covering the election results starting at 9pm Eastern Time. We’re going to have our normal team and some special guests like ACLJ Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy Ric Grenell, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Chairman of the American Conservative Union, Matt Schlapp. We’ll be broadcasting for at least two hours, possibly three. We’re going to take you through at least some early state calls to get a sense of the trends. Check us out tomorrow night.

The full broadcast is complete with much more analysis and discussion by our team previewing tomorrow’s election as well as the legal challenges that are going on.
