ACLJ Election Integrity Hotline - Get Legal Help

The Supreme Court of the United States has said: “The right to vote freely for the candidate of one’s choice is of the essence of a democratic society, and any restrictions on that right strike at the heart of representative government.” The ACLJ absolutely supports one’s right to legally vote. We have a long history of fighting to ensure the right to vote for the candidate of one’s choice and the integrity of elections. Our legal team is already working around the clock to defend your right to vote.

We were involved in the landmark Bush v. Gore case and won the Trump ballot ban case at the U.S. Supreme Court. And we're prepared to go back to the Supreme Court if necessary to defend your right to vote, your free speech, and the integrity of our elections.

If your right to vote has been infringed or you have witnessed any voter fraud, we are here to help.

Submit your information below and we will review your request and respond in an appropriate manner.
