The ACLJ just obtained FOIA records from Cheverly, Maryland, showing that 25% of their "Non-citizen" Voter Registry appears to have voted in at least one federal election. Let that sink in: one out of four people on Cheverly's "non-citizen" voter roll are showing up as having voted in at least one federal election. This is either evidence of massive voter fraud where noncitizens are voting in yet another state or gross incompetence on the part . . .
