Defund and Defeat Planned Parenthood at the Supreme Court

Planned Parenthood aborts more than 392,000 innocent babies each year.

In fact, it’s responsible for about 40% of all abortions in the United States.

And it takes more than $1.9 million of our tax dollars every day.

It has been caught selling the body parts of aborted babies. Its diabolical business model of abortion, flooding the courts with pro-abortion lawsuits, and taking our tax dollars has led to exorbitant record profits.

In the wake of the undercover videos that exposed Planned Parenthood’s gruesome sale of aborted babies' body parts, states across the country said enough is enough. They took legal and legislative action to defund Planned Parenthood – to stop giving our money to the abhorrent abortion industry.

Planned Parenthood has lashed back in court.

Now a case being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court could determine whether states can defund the abortion industry.

This case could literally devastate Planned Parenthood.

At the ACLJ, we are aggressively engaged in numerous cases against the abortion industry – including our own massive case pending at the Supreme Court that could save countless babies. Now we are about to file a vital amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defund and defeat Planned Parenthood. Take action with us.

Committee To Allow States To Defund Planned Parenthood

"The American Center for Law and Justice is a great organization that fights for our rights and freedoms, especially when the government threatens our sincerely held beliefs or works to stop our constitutionally protected public expression. It's been an honor to partner with the ACLJ, and I have nothing but the highest regard for their commitment, integrity, and effectiveness."

"I've followed the ACLJ for 30 years and watched you grow from a small organization to a great organization, which is why I'm adding ACLJ as a beneficiary — to be able to continue the important work you do after I'm gone. It seems like litigation is the way to really get things done."

⎯ Barry, TX

"I will be forever grateful for your kindness, compassion, and support during this process. I will continue to pray for you and the ACLJ's mission helping others. I hope someday to meet and thank you in person."
