Defend Students’ Religious Liberty at School
The war on faith just got a lot worse. It's shocking.
A school has banned Christian students from praying. In fact, a school coach demanded that girls on the track team not even give the appearance of praying together. It's one of the worst violations of religious liberty we've EVER seen.
Over 30 years ago at the Supreme Court, we won the landmark case defending the right of students to gather on school campuses to pray. We are filing a federal lawsuit to ensure that these students are allowed to pray together.
Prayer doesn't violate the law, but banning prayer definitely violates the Constitution. As we file these emergency motions in court take action with us.
