An Assault on America By Our Own President?
The ACLJ Answers Back!

Theres no shortage of legitimate human rights abuses that need to be investigated including the murder and torture of Christians around the world because of their religious beliefs. But for President Obamas State Department to file a complaint with the United Nations (U.N.) comparing Arizonas immigration law to a human rights problem is simply absurd.

This battle is only just beginning to heat up, but were already at work, fighting this on your behalf:

  • Engaged in the legal fight to defend AZs immigration law in federal court and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on behalf of 66 Members of Congress, urging the appeals court to uphold its constitutionality.

  • Working with our international affiliate, the European Centre for Law and Justice, to prepare a report urging the U.N. Human Rights Council to disregard the inclusion of Arizonas immigration law because it falls outside the realm of human rights.

  • Demanding that the State Department REMOVE this immigration law from its U.N. report on human rights problems.

  • Encouraging concerned Americans to voice their outrage by launching a major nationwide campaign, the Petition to President Obama: Stop Your Assault on America.

Stand with us now to defend Arizonas constitutional right to protect its citizens and secure its borders as we work to uphold Americas sovereignty, under attack by our own President.

A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
