You know the history.  The foundational struggles of America.  There were many sacrifices made to secure our form of government - our representative democracy.  And, one of the most cherished rights afforded to Americans - a guarantee that you have a direct role in governing our country - on Election Day - when you cast your ballot.

At the American Center for Law and Justice, we will never tell you who you should vote for - but we do believe it's vital to stand-up for the principles of constitutional conservatism that have made this country so great.

That means standing up for the rule of law - for a Constitution that guarantees First Amendment rights - a Constitution that protects your free speech and expression, your freedom of religion, a limited government bound by enumerated powers.

And, that's why we address the issues:  health care, immigration reform, defending religious freedom, and working to protect human life.

There's no better way to get the facts than through the ACLJ's Foundations of Freedom - a vital resource that includes the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the Gettysburg Address.

This Election Day, stand-up for the principles of constitutional conservatism and exercise your constitutional rights - go to the polls and vote.
