One News Now-Sekulow Sees Double-Standard on Executive Privilege

It's hypocritical, says a Christian attorney, for the Obama White House to claim executive privilege when, in 2007, then-Senator Barack Obama condemned President George W. Bush for doing the same thing.

Next week the full House of Representatives could vote on a Contempt of Congress resolution for Attorney General Eric Holder's continued refusal to provide information to congressional oversight investigators, dealing with the ill-fated "Operation Fast and Furious" federal gun-smuggling sting.

Jordan Sekulow, executive director of the American Center for Law & Justice, says besides the obvious hypocrisy, one has to wonder what is the Obama administration trying to hide.
