Jordan Sekulow on Fox News discusses the deep water Attorney General Eric Holder is in. Holder has been accused of showing "disregard of the constitution". The issues plaguing Holder are numerous, from the illegal recces appointment, not defending the defense of marriage act, and failure to enforce immigration laws. Holder continues to withhold information on the Fast & Furious scandal as well. Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas and others are calling for his resignation.
