Congress Tackles Radical Islam

Congress is moving forward with critical hearings to examine the links between al Qaeda terrorists and American Muslims.  This home-grown terrorism is very real and a growing danger to our national security.

That's why Rep. Peter King (R-New York) in his capacity of as Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security is holding hearings on the radicalization of American Muslims.  We're encouraging legislators to conduct these hearings with the highest confidence that they are serving the best interests of our nation's security.

Our legal analysis on this topic is comprehensive and thorough.  It also encourages members of Congress to ask the critical questions that are necessary to ensure that these hearings are successful in producing the answers necessary to effectively prevent future terrorist attacks on American citizens.

We encourage the Chairman and committee to calland subpoena if necessaryall witnesses necessary to determine what causes, and how to prevent, radical Islamic terrorist acts directed against the United States.
