A nationwide effort to shut down pro-life pregnancy centers is being advanced by organizations like Planned Parenthood, NARAL: Pro-Choice America, and others, as well as pro-abortion legislators around the country.

Legislation of this nature is absolutely unnecessary and stands in clear opposition to federal and local law. It is nothing more than a blatant, over-the-top attempt by the pro-abortion industry to wrongly shut down America's pro-life pregnancy centers.

The outcome could result in a massive step backward for the pro-life movement. It is a life-or-death issue for millions of unborn babies. Therefore, I stand with the American Center for Law and Justice in all its legal and legislative efforts to strongly oppose NARAL and Planned Parenthoods unconstitutional agenda to shut down pro-life pregnancy centers.
