Stop the Shut Down of Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers

Planned Parenthood and pro-abortion legislators are targeting pro-life pregnancy centers in cities across America. They are passing unconstitutional laws designed to shut down pro-life centers or force them to adopt and express pro-abortion views.

The ACLJ is leading the fight to keep these pro-life pregnancy centers open. We had oral arguments before a federal appeals court in New York City, and we are preparing to file an amicus brief backing a pro-life lawsuit that’s challenging an anti-life law in Baltimore. This is the time to stand up for life. Add your name to our amicus brief in the Baltimore case now.

Committee to Save Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers

Pro-life speech is constitutionally protected, and pro-life pregnancy centers have the right to operate in every city in the nation – including Baltimore.

The Supreme Court's 5-3 decision in Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt , striking down two Texas abortion regulations, was a great disappointment . No question.
