Its happening again Congress is gearing up to provide hundreds of millions of YOUR tax dollars to fund Planned Parenthood. The nations largest abortion provider received $350 million in taxpayer funds last year alone. And, you can be certain, they will be asking for more more taxpayer funds to provide abortions to target teens and to push the dangerous abortion pill RU-486. I stand in strong opposition to Congressional funding of Americas foremost abortion provider, Planned Parenthood and in strong support of H.R. 614 and S. 85, which would prohibit Planned Parenthood from receiving Title X funding.

Planned Parenthood Federation of American (PPFA) not only conducted 305,310 abortions in the most recent reported year (a significant increase from the previous year), but did so with increased revenues received by its affiliates through government grants and contracts (some $350 million from all government sources). Citizens who abhor abortion as a matter of conscience should not be forced to fund abortions through Congressional appropriation of tax dollars.

This is why I strongly urge you to support H.R. 614 and S. 85 and to stop the Title X funding of Planned Parenthood.
