The Fight to Protect Life Intensifies

I want to bring you an update on a critical case involving a closely-watched lawsuit against Planned Parenthood.  I am assembling our legal team to litigate what is a massive fraud case at the trial court level.

As you may recall, a federal appeals court recently issued an order confirming our victory in getting this case reinstated - a massive fraud suit against Planned Parenthood's California affiliates.

The case centers on the claims from the former Chief Financial Officer of the Los Angeles affiliate - a Planned Parenthood executive who turned whistleblower - who alleges that the nation's largest abortion provider illegally overbilled the federal and state governments to the tune of millions of dollars. We're aggressively litigating this case and are confident we will prove these charges in federal court. 

At the same time, we're deeply concerned about the ongoing commitment by the federal government to spend hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars each year - funds that go directly to Planned Parenthood.  We are actively working with our legislative team on this issue as well.
