The owners of a prominent area construction firm have filed suit in federal court, asking the federal government be prohibited from a section of "Obamacare" that requires companies to provide health insurance coverage for employees that includes free contraception. . .

Their attorney is Edward L. White III. . .

The plaintiffs claim they cannot provide health care for their employees without violating their religious beliefs. The firm has more than 50 full-time employees, who it is required to include in group health care plans coverage for all FDA-approved contraceptive methods. . .
