The Supreme Court has just announced that it will hear oral arguments on ObamaCare over a three-day period from March 26-28, 2012. These arguments to determine the constitutionality of this pro-abortion law are scheduled to occur just days after the two-year anniversary of its enactment.

The ACLJ is preparing to file our amicus brief in this case in early January. We are representing over 100 Members of Congress and over 100,000 Americans, urging the Supreme Court to hold this pro-abortion law unconstitutional.

We are supporting a majority of states and a majority of the American people in challenging this unconstitutional law that forces Americans to purchase a particular good or service, health insurance, and represents and unprecedented expansion of tax-payer funding for abortion.

It is not too late; you can still add your name to this critical brief here.

We also await the Supreme Court’s determination of whether it will hear our challenge to ObamaCare out of Washington, D.C. We will continue to keep you posted as we work to defeat this unconstitutional law once and for all.
