Stand Firm - NO 'Deem & Pass' for Pro-Abortion Health Bill

Your response has been unbelievable.  Each day, we are receiving thousands of calls and online support for our petition opposing the legislative scheme in the House called 'deem and pass' - a legislative maneuver that would actually ram through the pro-abortion health care plan WITHOUT a vote on the plan itself.
 
The American people understand that this kind of action is unacceptable.  And, they are speaking out.  With the House set to act on this 'deem and pass' strategy, expected on Sunday afternoon, I want to encourage you to continue to voice your opposition - there's still time to derail this dangerous health care package.

I also want you to know that I am working with our litigation team and preparing a legal challenge to the unconstitutional use of the 'deem and pass' tactic.  I am still confident we can defeat this in the House.  But if we need to file a federal lawsuit - we will go to federal court - representing you - our members, our supporters - challenging a constitutionally-flawed tactic used to enact a government-run, pro-abortion health care plan.
