Pastor Saeed’s Wife: Iran Doesn’t “Know Who They’re Dealing With”
Pastor Saeed’s wife, Naghmeh, spoke with CBN News and Fox News in interviews that aired this past week, sharing her personal story.
She shared about the struggle she and her two young children have faced here in the U.S. as her husband, Pastor Saeed, languishes in an Iranian prison because of his Christian faith.
In the video above she shares how she first came to know and fall in love with Saeed, about the passion for Christ he exuded, and the struggle her family faces during this trying time.
When asked by CBN News about Iran’s attempt for force Pastor Saeed to renounce his faith, she responded, “They don't know who they're dealing with. It almost made me smile. He would never renounce his faith.”
In addition to her personal story, she was able to share her frustration about the initial lack of response she has received from the U.S. government.
Pointedly, Fox News directly asked her about her personal phone conversation with President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry, to which she honestly answered that she had not received a call from either.
She also shared how their children miss their daddy and cry for his return.
