Family members of an American pastor imprisoned in Iran are reportedly horrified after witnessing the man’s brutal hospital beating Tuesday.
Saeed Abedini spent the past two months being treated for injuries he received in jail. But without advanced notice, his visiting relatives said the man was dragged from his hospital bed, beaten and taken back to Rajai Shahr prison.
Wife Naghmeh Abedini, who has been campaigning for his release, said her family was “devastated” by the news. . . .
