During his trip to Brazil, where he is meeting with governmental and Christian leaders regarding the plight of Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani, Jordan Sekulow, ACLJ Executive Director, appeared on a Christian Brazilian television program.

Verdade Gospel (Gospel Truth) is a Christian news organization in Brazil, which according to its website, is “a vehicle [for] evangelical news with journalistic ethics, credibility and commitment to inform with decorum and responsibility, [based on] the truth.”

Jordan talked about the ACLJ’s work in America defending liberty, and how the organization has expanded internationally with offices in France, Pakistan, and Africa, defending persecuted Christians around the world.

The news article about Jordan’s interview states:

The executive director of American Center for Law and Justice, Dr. Jordan Sekulow, was in the Verdade Gospel [Gospel Truth] studio, on Monday, and gave an exclusive interview with host David Gomes and the editor of the portal, the journalist Mark Melo.

At the time, Sekulow presented a copy of the document containing the condemnation of the Iranian pastor Youssef Nadarkhani and among many valuable information, said Nadarkhani is alive, denying rumors.

Dr. Jordan, who recently gave an interview with National Journal talking about his struggle for life of the pastor Youssef, is in Brazil for a meeting with Vice-President of the Republic Michel Temer, which will take place on Wednesday.
