At the American Center for Law and Justice, we continue to work to protect your religious and constitutional rights - especially during the Christmas season.

That is why we have assembled a valuable resource online called the Christmas Resource Center.  You can access that here.

Its important to understand that expressing your faith during this special time of year is constitutionally protected.  But, there are important guidelines that must be followed to ensure that such expression takes place within the proper context protected by the Constitution.  As always, many questions surface each year about the rights of students in school to express and enjoy the Christmas holiday.

Although holiday observances are constitutionally permissible, its our concern that local school districts may feel pressure to censor religious expression during Christmas.  Thats exactly why weve put together an easy-to-read informational letter that provides answers to questions which are most commonly asked regarding the rights of students and teachers to participate in these observances.  You can read that letter here.

Ive instructed our staff to notify me directly concerning any issues that surface during this holiday season.  As usual, we will keep you posted on developments as they unfold through our website and our daily radio broadcast, Jay Sekulow Live!
