Each year, comes new questions and fresh challenges regarding the celebration of Christmas in our public schools, by state and local governments, and in the business community.

The U.S. Constitution and the law provides very wide latitude in celebrating Christmas in all areas of the public square.  We've produced legal memos that provide sound analysis and advice making it easier to exercise your constitutional rights this Christmas season.  And, that means getting the word out - across the country - and on Capitol Hill.

We've updated our Christmas Resource Center on our website where all of this important information is located.  As we field questions on these issues from around the country, we're also engaged with members of Congress - many who have asked us to provide them with the information they need to proactively inform their constituents in their districts and states.

This year, we have focused on three areas and are providing detailed information regarding the Celebration of Christmas: What You Can and Cannot Do.  Check out the specific legal memo for each category:

Public Schools

Local & State Governments

The Business Community

Please feel free to email this link to our Christmas Resource Center (which includes all the memos listed above) to your friends and family.  We want to get this information to those who need it most.

All Americans should be free to openly celebrate the Christmas season in a way that expresses their faith. We'll keep you posted as developments unfold this Christmas season.

Especially during the Christmas season, thanks for standing with us as we work to protect your religious and constitutional freedoms.
