This morning, the Supreme Court of the United States refused to hear the appeal of Governor Bush regarding Terris Law.  We represent the parents of Terri Schiavo, Mr. and Mrs. Schindler.  We asked the Supreme Court of the United States to hear the case involving Terris Law.  Terris Law, passed by the Florida legislature, was designed to protect Terri from being disconnected from hydration and nutrition that she has been receiving over the past 14 years.   This has been a life-and-death struggle, and the Supreme Courts refusal to hear the case makes it even more difficult for Terri.  There are still current actions pending in the Florida courts designed to protect Terris life.  We will continue to update you on our website and radio broadcast concerning this case.

On todays broadcast, we will be joined by David Gibbs, the lawyer in Florida who has been assisting us in this case.  David will explain what options are left under Florida law in order to preserve Terris life.  We are also looking at additional legislative options that might be available in order to protect Terri.

On another matter, Michael Newdow has stated that he will, in fact, continue his litigation involving the Inaugural Prayer case.  At the same time, he has filed a new lawsuit in California challenging the Pledge of Allegiance.  We will be working on both of these cases.
