Over the weekend, we reviewed all of the filed briefs in the Ten Commandments cases.  This afternoon, I will be participating in a symposium at William & Mary Law School regarding the constitutionality of Ten Commandments displays.  I will be in the debate with the President of the ACLU, Nadine Strossen.  Later in the afternoon, students will be presenting oral arguments at moot courts concerning the issue of the Ten Commandments displays.  On Thursday, I go back up to Washington, DC, to participate in the Pew Forums Ten Commandments Debate at the National Press Club.  In that particular forum, I will be debating Professor Doug Laycock of the University of Texas.  These events leading up to the Supreme Court argument, in essence, set the stage for the media, as reports will start to circulate about the Ten Commandments cases in the next few days.

I want to encourage everyone to stay tuned for our new television program, ACLJ This Week, airing this evening on FamilyNet.  I think viewers will enjoy the new format of the broadcast.  We have also posted to our website daily audio uplinks, which are one-minute audio reports on the major issues that the ACLJ is facing.  I encourage you to check out our website at www.aclj.org.
