The attorneys representing Terri Schiavo's parents appealed late last night to the Supreme Court of the United States.  The petition went to Justice Kennedy who likely sent it to his colleagues for the full court to consider.  A decision could come at any time.  It is always an uphill battle in making an appeal to the Supreme Court.

At the same time, there will be a decision today by a state judge in Florida regarding a request by Florida Governor Bush to take custody of Terri, who is entering her seventh day without food or hydration.  We urge you to contact the Governor's office to take whatever life-saving action he can in the Terri Schiavo case.  The phone number to the Governor's office is 850-488-4441. The email address is jeb.bush@myflorida.com

We will keep you posted on developments through our website and on my daily radio program today.
